Tigg has introduced a feature allowing users to create professional PDF account statements for customers, suppliers, and other accounts. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to generate and customize these statements:

Generating a PDF Statement for Customers and Suppliers
  1. Navigate to the Customer or Supplier Page: Go to the specific customer or supplier page where you want to generate the statement.

  2. Select Export as PDF: Choose the "Export" option, then select "Export as PDF."

  3. Configure Statement Settings: A list of customization options will appear (detailed below). Choose the settings you’d like for your statement.

  4. Click Export: Once configured, click "Export." Your PDF will be generated and can either be downloaded or printed immediately.

Generating PDF Statements for Other Accounts

Users can also create account statements in PDF format for other account types:

  1. Go to Account Details Page: Navigate to the specific account’s detail page.

  2. Follow the Same Steps as above for customers and suppliers to generate the PDF ledger statement.

Configuration Options for PDF Statements
General Settings
Date RangeSpecify the start and end dates for the statement period.
Date Type Choose the date format (AD or BS) to display in the PDF.
Display Configurations
Item Details: Choose to hide or display item details in the Description column.
Group by Subaccounts: Group entries by subaccounts (available only for accounts other than customers or suppliers).
Reference: Display or hide transaction references in the Description column.
Due Date: Show or hide the due date for each transaction in the Description column.
Corresponding Account: Option to show or hide the corresponding account for each transaction in the Description column.
Notes/Remarks: Display or hide any notes in the Description column.
Page Number: Include page numbers at the bottom of each page.
Horizontal Line: Add a horizontal line after each transaction for clarity.
Contact Details
Account Code: Display the customer or supplier code alongside their name.
Address: Include the address of the customer or supplier.
PAN: Display the PAN of the customer or supplier.
Phone:
Show the phone number of the customer or supplier.
Email: Display the email address of the customer or supplier.
