A trial balance is a report that lists the balances of all general ledger accounts of a company at a certain point in time. The accounts reflected on a trial balance are related to all major accounting items, including assets, liabilities, equity, revenues, expenses, gains, and losses.

View OptionsChoose to hide accounts with zero closing balance and to expand or detract the accounts from displaying. You can also individually expand or detract the groups/accounts manually by clicking on a triangle in front of the group/ledger in the display area. Or you can expand or detract at once by simply activating or deactivating the Expand All toggle in the view options.
